So it's not exactly the KonMari method, but Amanda Gilbert - certified meditation teacher with UCLA’s Mindful Awareness Research Center & The Chopra Center For Wellbeing - will be visiting us from LA for an evening moving through a series of experiential meditations focused on gaining clarity into what will bring you to daily meditation. We will look at the non-supportive habits and thinking patterns you probs need to let go of in order to make meditation part of your day-to-day. By the end of the hour and a half you’ll leave with your own tangible framework for meditation, based on science and heart-felt inquiry, alongside tips and techniques for making meditation consistent.
