The Signature Sessions

With live in-person or virtual Mindfulness in the Workplace sessions facilitated by Amanda, you can create a company culture with mindfulness, resilience and emotional intelligence at its core.

  • Sessions can be standalone, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly.

  • Sessions cover meditation and mindfulness fundamentals and are comprised of guided meditation and didactics on being mindful in the workplace.

The 30 minute meditation session

  • Ideal for organizations looking to bring accessible, introductory and engaging mindfulness to the workplace.

Session Format:

  • 10 minutes - Welcome, session topic and scientific studies

  • 15 minutes - Guided meditation

  • 5 minutes - Q&A and how to bring meditation into the rest of the workday

The 20 minute meditation session

  • Ideal for a morning, lunchtime or afternoon mindfulness boost

  • Sessions are designed to be meditation-forward so your employees leave refreshed, distressed and focused for the day

Session Format:

  • 5 minutes - Welcome and introduction

  • 15 minutes - Guided meditation

The Basics Program

Mindfulness in the Workplace Basics : 4 Week Program

Introduce your employees to meditation and mindfulness at work with this 4 week introductory program.

  • 4 30-minute sessions over 4 weeks

Over the course of 4 weeks, Amanda will cover:

  • The basics of meditation and mindfulness including traditional definitions and simple, easy and accessible instructions on how to meditate

  • Science-backed benefits of meditation and how the practice can specifically help individuals at work

  • Techniques and best practices for growing a consistent meditation and mindfulness practice

  • In-the-moment stress busters and mini mindfulness techniques to manage stress on the spot

Session Format:

  • 10 minutes - Weekly topic paired with scientific studies

  • 15 minutes - Guided meditation

  • 5 minutes - Q&A and a meditation practice to ‘work with’ for the week
