The Signature Sessions

With live in-person or virtual Mindfulness in the Workplace sessions facilitated by Amanda, you can create a company culture with mindfulness, resilience and emotional intelligence at its core.
Sessions can be standalone, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly.
Sessions cover meditation and mindfulness fundamentals and are comprised of guided meditation and didactics on being mindful in the workplace.

Session Format:
10 minutes - Welcome, session topic and scientific studies
15 minutes - Guided meditation
5 minutes - Q&A and how to bring meditation into the rest of the workday
The 20 minute meditation session
Ideal for a morning, lunchtime or afternoon mindfulness boost
Sessions are designed to be meditation-forward so your employees leave refreshed, distressed and focused for the day
