Welcome to Deepen - a series of teachings for growing, opening and strengthening the continuity of your meditation; the pathway between beginning a practice and allowing it to transform your life.

Throughout the next week, you will become even more grounded in your practice, so meditation can provide the transformational support it is meant to.

When deepening a practice, it is important to exercise your muscles of trust and faith. To understand that this practice inherently has the capacity to meet you exactly where you are - it is not about being perfect. As long as you are showing up, you are “doing it right”.  Over time, you will establish awareness and learn to fully trust in it. You will soon wake up to the inner-home you have beautifully and patiently built within.

This week will challenge you in the best of ways. Stay open, settle in and continue to walk down the path of practice.

Deepen Practice Notes:

Each day, you will continue to build your meditation time from 20 minutes to 30 minutes. In Deepen, there will be longer periods of silence without continual guidance, so you have time to practice the meditation techniques you are learning.

Some days you will have a ‘mindful mantra’ as part of your teaching and meditation. These mindful mantras are supportive guiding phrases for the mind, nervous system and heart.
