The DEN Meditation Studio City
Habits make us who we are and who we are is the culmination of our habits. Any way you look at it we are made up of the choices we make on a daily basis. When it comes to habit formation, there is an art to making the habits that we want to form a consistent part of our life, and equally, there is an art to letting go of habits that we know cause us suffering and pain.
In this workshop, practitioners will be lead through a series of experiential meditations focused on gaining clarity into the health-supporting habits we want to begin, the non-supportive habits we want to let go of, and how to release what is keeping us from healthy daily habits and routines. Clinical research on habit formation and behavior change will be shared, along with best practices to implement and automate the daily habits we want to start, with a specific focus on how to make meditation a daily habit.
The more you understand how habits are formed and broken the more ease you can have in creating and sustaining the daily habits you want in your life. Come explore the principles, best practices, and science, for creating the habits you want to grow and maintain.
