Welcome to Begin - a series of teachings and practices for setting a solid foundation in meditation.

Over the next 7 days, not only will you learn all of the basics and fundamentals of mindfulness meditation, but you will also start an inward journey meant to transform your daily experience.

As you will soon know, when it comes to starting and igniting a meditation practice, 90% of the “the work” is about showing up to your practice to begin with. My heartfelt suggestion for you during this week is to be intentional, consistent and lionhearted about arriving to your practice. Whether you can meditate at the same time everyday or whenever you can carve out time, find your way to your practice. Sit down, settle in, show up and begin the path that will inherently change your life.

Begin Practice Notes:

Each day, we will incrementally build your meditation time up to 20 minutes. By the end of the week you will have a 20 minute daily meditation practice.

Some days you will have a ‘mindful mantra’ as part of your teaching and meditation. These mindful mantras are supportive guiding phrases for the mind, nervous system and heart.
