Today we begin by understanding your intention for why you want to meditate.

You can think of your intention as the lines on the side of a road, keeping you going in the direction you want to be going in, which in our case is a transformative, supportive and consistent meditation practice.

As you practice today’s meditation, remember to let your intention be one that becomes an anchor for both your heart and mind moving forward. This intention will always be there to remind you of why you want to begin and continue to arrive to your practice each day.
