Day 6: Momentum
Today we explore the interface between neuroscience and the wisdom of your heart.
Creating consistency and momentum in your meditation is all about growing a positive feedback loop in the brain and allowing the heart to lead you to your practice each day.
After today’s meditation, take a few moments to write down your insights and mindfulness touchstones that will support you in arriving to your practice day in and day out. The more you set up a routine, ritual and outer-infrastructure for your practice, the easier it becomes to integrate meditation into your daily life.
