A day where we focus on how to love ourselves a little more through our meditation practice.

Welcome to Day 3.

In Day 2 you began to make a home in our hearts and engage with the practice of loving kindness. Today, you will send loving kindness to yourself, including any thoughts that you have during your meditation! 

Meeting yourself with kindness and non-judgement is a big step in meditation and not one to go overlooked or uncelebrated. At the very same moment we learn to meet ourselves with kindness, we will then be able to more easily meet others and the world with kindness too.
