Your first step into the Heart Practices of meditation!

Welcome to Day 2.

In Day 1 you discovered that to really grow the qualities of the heart, you first must be willing and open to doing so.

Today, you will learn what it means to become heart-based. To meet each moment from the heart instead of always from the mind. You will also be introduced to loving kindness meditation - a practice of wishing yourself (and eventually others) genuine kindness and a loving understanding. 

So, settle in and welcome home to your very own heart.
