One of the biggest outcomes from meditation is increased self-awareness.

Through this awareness of self, you can become very familiar with who you really are and start to create you inner-ground of authenticity.

In today’s practice, you will ground yourself in your own true nature and let go of anything keeping you out of the present moment.
