Deepening your meditation practice is largely about learning to be with and work with your thoughts and emotions in a more skillful way.

Initially when you start a meditation practice, the first step is to be able to recognize and not personally identify with your thoughts and emotions. Today, we will take the second step, which is to bring kindness to them, so they have the ability to transform into wisdom.
