Today we will explore what it means to bloom a meditation practice!

Welcome to Day 1.

It’s important to get nice and clear on what we’re referring to and how opening up your heart and mind in meditation plays out both in the practice and as your living your day-to-day life.  

We begin with the concept of choosing to open instead of close. This really is step one. In meditation, whether you are faced with an uncomfortable emotion or a positive one, you have the choice to open or to close. For some of us, our work is around opening to positive emotions and letting the good in, and to feel good. For others of us, the work is to not close down our hearts and minds each time we experience a painful moment.

In today’s meditation you will be guided to this very crossroads we all experience multiple times a day. Through this practice, you will learn to let your heart remain open - regardless of what it may be holding.
